Patch House was built in the early 1900's and has been recently renovate to a very high standard.

The beautiful traditional stone dwelling has a unique style keeping the old traditional style downstairs and a modern upstairs with floor to ceiling glass which maximises the outstanding views.

All rooms are located downstairs while all the living and kitchen areas are located upstairs.

The downstairs area has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one is en suite.

All rooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated with a cosy ascetic.

The living room and kitchen are all open plan with stunning views of Glengarriff Bay
